The second option in the list is toggle slope defining. Select the lines of the roof outline and right click over the line. On the draw panel click pick walls. This option turns off the roof slope extrusion for the line.

Create a sloped roof with an overhang. To correct this we will attach the walls to the roof. On the contextual tab of the ribbon select attach and then select the flat roof. From the contextual menu choose select all instances visible in view to select all of the interior walls.
